This is the reason for everything...

After retiring, I decided to return to work in construction, inspired by my wife who always sees the good in everything and never focuses on the negative. It's as if she has become immune to the hardships of life. With many years of experience in the construction industry, I have learned that while there are many challenges, you can often identify problems before they arise, correct them, and take the necessary steps to reduce risks. It's as if you can foresee the future, expect challenges, and prepare for them, so that only about 5% of the work you do faces issues.

I've always had a passion for helping others. In recent years, after retiring, I received many calls from people who had been mistreated by contractors. They complained about contractors who charged for work but never completed it, damaged property, or did subpar work. After years of hearing these complaints and realizing how many people were in desperate situations, I decided it was time to return to construction—doing what I do best: project management, organization, and using technology to efficiently manage all aspects of a business.

This is why, today, I am back at work, dedicating myself to the service of others. I am inspired by my beautiful family—my wife, daughters, and sons—all of whom support and motivate me. While I don't need to return to work for financial gain, I do it to instill the values of honesty, hard work, and service in my family. I want to leave a legacy of integrity and make a positive impact on the world. The homes I've built, repaired, and renovated will remain long after I'm gone, and the people whose lives I've touched will remember the good we've done together.
